What is the Umbraco sustainability team?
The Umbraco sustainability team is a dedicated group of community members committed to promoting sustainable practices within the Umbraco ecosystem. From advocating for greener hosting solutions to educating the community on reducing digital carbon footprints, the team works to ensure that sustainability remains a priority in the development and use of Umbraco products.
Over the past year, the team has been actively engaged in initiatives such as:
- raising awareness about sustainability in tech
- exploring environmentally friendly hosting and coding practices
- engaging with the community to share insights and best practices
- collaborating with Umbraco HQ on sustainability-focused strategies
