We aim to make the Umbraco Community a positive environment for people to experience new challenges, learn, grow, and connect with each other. That can only be done if that environment is safe and supportive for all.

The Diversity and Inclusion Community Group
The Diversity and Inclusion Community Group is a working group dedicated to promoting and ensuring diversity and inclusivity in the Umbraco Community.
As well as a number of initiatives, the group will be available as a source of education and reference for the whole Community - from the first-timer, to the meetup group, to the seasoned contributor.
Umbraco Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct stems from the Umbraco values (Trust, Respect, Open, Hungry, Friendly) and is used to guide behaviour in the Community, to ensure a safe and supportive environment for everyone.
From the section "Our Pledge":
"We as members, contributors, and leaders pledge to make participation in our community a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, visible or invisible disability, ethnicity, sex characteristics, gender identity and expression, level of experience, education, socio-economic status, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.
We pledge to act and interact in ways that contribute to an open, welcoming, diverse, inclusive, and healthy community."
